Our printing turnaround time can take about 1-5 business days for standard postcards and EDDM postcards, while direct mail postcards can sometimes take up to 7 business days from proof approval.

Yes, we do. You can choose to submit or rent a mailing list along with your order. Read more about our guidelines and more on our mailing services page.

To use our free design templates, click on a design template you like and it will automatically direct you to our online design tool. You can also type “postcards” on the search bar, and filter out results using the categories found on the left side of the page. Once you’re in the design tool you can customize your design any way you want. Change the fonts and background, add a logo, upload images, and more. If you’re happy with your design, you can click “Save” or “Save As” to save a copy of your design, or click “Proceed to Order” if you’re ready to have your design printed.

If you want to print your own design, choose “Upload Images From Your Computer” in the design tool and then click “Proceed to Order” to have it printed.
