What do I do if I cannot find a template for the product I am ordering?

If you are unable to find a guideline template online for the product you are ordering, it is likely because the product and size are not a standard offering. This would require a custom quote and unfortunately, we are unable to provide templates for non-standard products.

Will I always receive the exact quantity I ordered?

Printing industry trade standards allow for underages of up to 5%. With 48HourPrint.com you will receive the quantity that was ordered, although most of the time we will print and you will receive slightly more than what you ordered at no additional charge.

How long have you been in business?

48HourPrint.com opened it's doors for business in November of 2000. A key element in our growth is our talented and dedicated staff of professionals.

From the start of the job until the time you receive your final product, we're doing everything we can to make it easier for you. It's reflected in our fast turnaround, our high quality printing, speedy mailing services and our low prices. Everything is catered to you and your business needs.

What are the hours that you can be reached?

Our Customer Relations department, which includes customer service; billing; and technical support, are open Monday through Friday, 9 am until 8 pm EST.

If you are placing your order after 8 pm EST over the weekend, or on a holiday, please be aware of our business hours and plan your expected turnaround accordingly. If you are placing this order after the 8 pm EST deadline, your order will be processed the very next business day and all delivery times (proof, print date, ship date, etc.) begin from the date your order is processed.

We do not print, prepare files or take calls on weekends or holidays, so please plan accordingly. If your job is on a tight deadline please contact a Customer Care Associate at 1-800-844-0599 prior to placing your order for an estimated production schedule.

Can I get samples of your work?

Yes! Simply fill out the samples request form and samples will be mailed to you via USPS Priority Mail.
