What is the maximum size that you can print?
For standard sizes, the maximum size that we can print is 20 ft. x 8 ft. If you need custom size banners, contact us so we can assist you.
What are the material options available?
We offer 13 oz. white vinyl, 18 oz. matte vinyl, and 9 oz. mesh vinyl.
What mounting options do you provide?
We provide three types of mounting options. You can choose to add grommets only, hem and grommets, or pole pockets.
How to print my own design?
You can print your own design by clicking the “Upload Your Artwork” button, or the online design tool in the product page. When you select “Upload Your Artwork,” you will be directed to a page where you can choose where to find your source file. There are three options: Upload from your computer, Dropbox, or choose from your recent files. Choose your preferred proofing option at the right side of the page, and once done, you can add it to your cart and have your file printed.
To print your own design through our online designer tool, select “Upload Images From Your Computer” in the design tool and then click “Proceed to Order” to have it printed.
What is the turnaround time for large banners?
Our printing turnaround time is 1-3 business days.
When will my order be delivered?
To get an estimate of your order’s delivery date, go to the product calculator and click “Estimate Delivery Date & Shipping Cost.” Enter your zip code in the box and click the “Estimate” button.
