How to avail your direct mail services?
To avail of our direct mail services, go to the mailing postcards page. Go to the product calculator and select order online anytime and upload your design. You can use the blank design template or use our online design tool. We’ll prepare the proofs, send it via email, and print your postcards in full color once you’ve approved the proof. After printing, we’ll address and sort the postcards and then deliver them to the post office in just a few days.
What’s the difference between direct mail and EDDM®?
Traditional direct mail uses a mailing list and targets specific demographics like age, gender, race, household income, etc. across multiple locations while EDDM® follows a mailing route and targets a geographic area that you want to send your mail to.

The rates for our postcards depend on the size and quantity your order. Save more when you order in bulk.
What is the turnaround time for nonprofit postcards?
The printing turnaround for nonprofit postcards can take about 1-5 business days for standard postcards, while it could take about 4-7 days for postcards with mailing services.
How to use your design templates?
- Click on a design template to be automatically directed to our online design tool.
- You can also type “postcards” on the search bar, and narrow down results using the categories on the left side of the page.
- In the design tool, customize your design according to your preferences.
- Upload images, add a logo, change the fonts and background, and more.
- When you’re done customizing your design, click “Save” or “Save As” to save a copy of your design. You can “Proceed to Order” once you’re ready to proceed to checkout.
How do I print my own design?
To print your own design, select the “Upload Images From Your Computer” in the design tool or click the “Upload Your Artwork” in the product calculator to have it printed.
