Cut-to-Size and Roll Labels
Label printing comes in two (2) formats: cut-to-size and rolls. Both vary not just in material options, but also in application benefits.
Cut-to-size labels are individually cut according to their size and shape. They’re ideal for manual applications and low quantity orders.
Roll labels fit most dispensers, which makes them easier and much faster to apply. You can also apply them by hand. This format is suitable for bulk printing and labels above 250 pieces.
Custom Label Sizes and Materials
Individually cut oval labels can be printed from size 1.5” x 2.5” up to 6” x 4”. Roll labels can print as small as 0.75” x 1.5” to size 5” x 3.5”.
Our indoor and outdoor material options vary depending on the label format you choose.
For cut-to-size labels, you can choose between uncoated white sticker paper and weatherproof white vinyl.
For roll labels, we have white premium sticker paper, water-resistant BOPP labels, and textured Estate Adhesive paper.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the most popular label material?
For indoor labels, our most popular material is premium white sticker paper. It has a semi-gloss texture but you can add optional gloss and matte lamination. For outdoor label applications, white vinyl is the most popular material because it’s waterproof and UV-resistant.
What waterproof label materials do you offer?
If you need something durable and waterproof, we recommend white vinyl material. It is our thickest and toughest label stock. Another option is BOPP (biaxially-oriented polypropylene material) which is a water-resistant, plastic-like material suitable for products exposed to oil, water, and refrigeration.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. If you’re not sure what type of label to order, you can request a free sample kit that includes our most popular print products. This helps you compare our materials and choose which works best for your project.
