Customize Labels in Any Size, Shape & Material
To start printing packaging labels, choose between cut-to-size, roll, and sheet label format:
Cut-to-size labels are individually cut and delivered in stacks. This format is easy to hand out and ideal for low quantity orders.
Roll labels come wrapped around a cardboard spool. You can apply them by hand or use a dispenser for faster labeling. This format is ideal for large quantity orders.
Label sheets are lined up individually and printed on 8.5” x 11” adhesive paper. You can print labels as few as four (4) or up to thirty (30) pieces on a single sheet. They’re the easiest labels to peel off, and they save more space in storage.
The next step is choosing your preferred label shape and size.
For cut-to-size and roll labels, we offer the standard square and rectangle, circle, and oval, and more unique shapes such as arch, hexagon, heart, starburst, and lollipop.
If you have a different design in mind that’s not in the list of options, try our Custom shape option. Select Custom from the Shape dropdown menu and place your desired dimensions. We’ll trim your labels according to their exact shape and size.

INDOOR LABEL MATERIALS
White paper sticker is our all-purpose, indoor label material. The surface is writable using a permanent pen or marker. Add matte, gloss, or high-gloss UV coating for extra protection. White premium sticker paper is our most popular indoor material. This pressure-sensitive adhesive paper stock has a smooth, semi-gloss finish but you can add gloss or matte laminate as well.
Estate adhesive paper is an uncoated label stock that is widely used for wine bottles, product labels, and return address labels. The uncoated finish has a tactile paper feel. Add a matte UV coating to make it scratch and moisture-resistant.
WATERPROOF LABEL MATERIALS
White vinyl is extremely durable and has a UV-resistant, high-gloss finish that makes the surface extra shiny and waterproof. This material is ideal for products exposed to heat, moisture, and stored in refrigerators.
BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) is a gloss-laminated, self-adhesive stock made of plastic-like materials. It is tear-resistant, waterproof, and ideal for items that may be exposed to water, oil, moisture, and refrigeration.

Can I get a custom quote?
If you need a quantity or size that’s not listed on our website, you can request a custom quote. Select your product and indicate the size, printing, and finishing options you require. Note that custom quotes are not covered by the 48 Hour Turnaround Guarantee. We may need a minimum of five (5) business days to produce it upon proof approval. Let our print geeks know your deadline and we'll do everything we can to meet it.
How do I get my design proofed for free?
When you upload your label design on the website, select I want a PDF Proof and our print geeks will email you with a PDF for your review. After you approve your digital proof via email and confirm your payment, we will proceed with printing.
Is bulk label printing cheaper?
Yes. The more prints you order, the lower the cost will be for each piece. How do I use the online design tool?
Follow these three (3) easy steps to create your design on our website:
- Use the order calculator on your product page to indicate the size, material, and quantity of your print order. After, click Design Online.
- You will be redirected to the online design tool. Use the toolbar to search and upload images, add text, and change colors.
- Once you’re done, you can either select Save Design and include a job name or Proceed to Checkout.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order has shipped. You can also log into your account to track your order by clicking on the tracking number provided.
