What’s the difference of EDDM® from Direct Mail?

The main difference between EDDM from Direct Mail is EDDM does not require mailing lists. EDDM targets customers based on your chosen location from USPS and sends them out to literally every door in that area. This is particularly effective for businesses that provide services within the designated location. Direct mail lets you choose demographics such as age, gender, income level and others. In business, EDDM is convenient for acquiring customers, while Direct Mail is more commonly used for customer retention.

Is my design checked for errors before printing?

Yes, we can send you a PDF proof file that simulates how your postcards will look like after printing. Proofing lets you preview your design and check that it will print correctly or if it needs to be revised. We will send you a free PDF proof file for your approval before proceeding with payment.

What is printing turnaround time?

This is the time it takes for us to print you orders and have them ready to ship out. Our fastest printing turnaround for EDDM postcards is in 1 business day. This means that after you confirm your order, the postcards will be ready to ship out within 24 hours.

Note that printing turnaround does not include delivery. It is important to account for delivery times when you place your order. Your order will be ready for shipping after your preferred printing turnaround time, which you can specify in the order calculator.

Printing turnaround time does not cover shipping carrier delays in picking up orders for shipment or in delivering orders.
