How long will it take to produce my sales postcard designs?
Depending on the postcard type, it takes 1 to 5 business days to produce your order. We refer to this as the “printing turnaround” and it does not include the shipping transit time, weekends, and holidays.
What sizes are available for mailing?
Four sizes are available for EDDM® postcards:
- 6.25” x 8”
- 6.5” x 9”
- 6.5” x 11”
- 8.5” x 11”
For postcards you’ll be sending through our mailing service, we offer the following sizes:
- 4.25” x 5.5”
- 4” x 6”
- 4.25” x 6”
- 5” x 7”
- 5.5” x 8.5”
- 6” x 9”
- 8.5” x 11”
What is the minimum quantity I can order for postcards that will be mailed?
You need to order at least 500 postcards for our direct mail postcard service.
If you’re ordering standard postcards, order at least 250 pieces to qualify for the optional mailing service.
Do you include a mailing list in your services?
Yes, you can rent a commercial or residential list under our direct mail postcard service. Select “Rent Residential List” or “Rent Commercial List” under “Mailing List Type” to include this option.
