How soon can I get the postcards I ordered?
We can print EDDM® postcards in 1 business day, while standard and custom postcards take 1-2 business days to produce.
How do I use your design templates?
Use our free design templates in three easy steps!
Step 1: Choose a blank or premade template from the selection and click on it. You will then be redirected to the online design tool page. You can also type a postcard design you like (e.g., school postcards) into the search bar if you’re looking for anything specific.
Step 2: Be merry and customize your chosen template. You can adjust the fonts, colors, text sizes, add shapes and images such as logos into your design if you wish.
Step 3: When you’re done, click “Proceed to Order” so that you can place your order. Otherwise, “Save” or “Save As” to secure a copy of your design.
Can I print my original design? How do I do it?
You can use your own design by clicking “Upload Your Artwork” and uploading your own design. We accept a variety of file types including AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF and TIF.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. We offer bulk discounts and special promos for large orders, and these are shown on the product pages of your chosen print products. Please contact us via Live Chat or by phone if you have questions about bulk promos.
Do you offer mailing services?
Yes. We can help you send out your postcards via EDDM® (Every Door Direct Mail® by USPS) or direct mail services.
When you choose EDDM®, you can send postcards to your target demographic (age group, income, household size, etc.) by using a specific zip code. This is a practice common to small and medium businesses and it works great for reaching out to your community.
With direct mail, you have the liberty to come up with your mailing list which you will send to us so we can take care of the printing and mailing for you. This method is ideal if you want to skip the time-consuming process of the whole send-out routine and still reach the right people.
