Both are types of mailing services. Direct mail focuses on targeting a specific demographic (e.g., gender, age, income, etc.) across multiple locations while EDDM® recipients are based on a particular location, city, or zip code you chose. Direct mail also requires renting or purchasing a mailing list while EDDM® does not.

Standard postcards take about 1-5 business days while postcards with mailing services can take about 4-7 business days.

Start by either clicking on a free design template you like to be directed to the online design tool. You can also type the kind of template you’re looking for on the search bar and filter out the search results by selecting the categories found on the left side of the page. Once you’ve been directed to the design tool, you can customize the template the way you want. Upload images, change the colors, add text, and more. After creating your design, click “Save” or “Save As” to save a copy, or click “Proceed to Order” if you’re ready to have your design printed.

To print your own design, select the “Upload Images From Your Computer” button in the design tool or click the “Upload Your Artwork” in the product calculator.
